Welcome to the SEAIT Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). By accessing and using the SEAIT VLE, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use the SEAIT VLE.

Access and Use of the SEAIT VLE

1.1 You must be a registered user to access the SEAIT VLE.
1.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for the SEAIT VLE.
1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for any activities that occur under your account.
1.4 You must not allow any other person to use your account.
1.5 You must not use the SEAIT VLE for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
1.6 You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the SEAIT VLE or any associated systems or networks.

Content and Materials

2.1 All content and materials provided on the SEAIT VLE are for educational purposes only and may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
2.2 You may use the content and materials on the SEAIT VLE for your own personal and non-commercial use only.
2.3 You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any of the content or materials on the SEAIT VLE without prior written consent.
2.4 SEAIT reserves the right to modify, remove, or add any content or materials on the SEAIT VLE at any time without prior notice.

4.1 The SEAIT VLE and all associated content and materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 SEAIT retains all rights, title, and interest in the SEAIT VLE and all associated content and materials.
4.3 You must not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices on the SEAIT VLE or any associated content or materials.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

5.1 The SEAIT VLE and all associated content and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5.2 SEAIT does not warrant that the SEAIT VLE will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the SEAIT VLE is free of viruses or other harmful components.
5.3 SEAIT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the SEAIT VLE or any associated content or materials.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEAIT is located.
6.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which SEAIT is located.
